Few Words
Mike Vekris was born on February 17th, in Athens (Greece), where we grew up. He excelled in his studies of classical piano, harmony, music theory, history and orchestration. Apart from his musical studies he studied Computer Science at the American College of Greece while nowadays he attends and participates in international seminars, workshops and exhibitions on event management, entertainment branding, music production, composition, advanced DJ skills and very often he can be found «lecturing» in various seminars about DJing and DJing performance.
Philosophy
Michael believes that music for a DJ is a «tool» that allows him to create «moments» and happy feelings. His main concern while being behind the decks – as well as beyond them – is to transmit positive energy and quality entertainment to the public while at the same he provides services of a high quality standard.
He supports the mentality that music is the most significant and primary factor in the success of any event and this has been his priority throughout his career. One of the main goals he has set on his professional career is to convey as much knowledge, experience and wisdom to those who choose to follow the same profession with him by providing proper and responsible guidance.
